You become like those you share the most time and energy with. In this community, we are all committed to change. We encourage one another to share and celebrate how we are growing in our health and wellness.
Exclusive Mentorship
Dedicated time and space for questions and more in-depth training with me. HVT members have more regular communication and access to guidance.
Catalyst for Change
Sometimes it only takes one decision or one 'microshift' to begin massive transformation in your life. This community offers and invites you to accept those pivotal moments and create more of them.
HVT Wellness Network
We have approved wellness partners that will contribute content to the group, and serve as a trusted additional layer of support if that's what you need. You will know where to go for holistic health modalities if that is a part of your journey.
Passion to Purpose
Turning my journey into your survival guide.
Three years ago, at the age of 33, I found myself in the worst mental and physical health of my life. I was severely unfit, my mental health was a disaster, I had no social life or support system to turn to, and then the icing on the cake...I drank and ate to cope with ALL of it. I had no healthy coping mechanisms, nowhere to turn, and didn't even know where to start. But I did know one thing...I had to change.
In March of 2019 I got sober, and that one decision was the catalyst that ignited the fire. Since then, I have been relentlessly pursuing my new life of health, wellness, and finding myself again. I have lost weight (85 pounds), staying sober, creating healthy coping mechanisms, learned a TON about nutrition and movement, and most importantly dug into all the mental health issues I had been suppressing for years. I have learned how to properly regulate my emotions, direct my energy, and keep my mindset right despite the external circumstances.
The journey for me never ends, but I feel compelled to share what I've learned and bring in a community of women who need what I didn't have along the way--Someone who has been through it to guide and support me.
I feel it is equally my obligation and my honor to now be a part of your journey.
